Time consuming
I bought because it was the most expensive so I thought would be the best. The sedu and dry bar work faster. Took me so long to straighten my hair. The grip also hurt my fingers.

Died at 13 months
I used this 2 maybe 3x per week. It wasn't the best flat iron to begin with especially thicker, course hair but then it died . Way too expensive not worth it .
Red Button of Death
It performed well while it lasted. Curled, straightened and ultimately I believed protected my hair. However to spend $250+ and it bately last 2 years is ridiculous and very very disappointng. I loved this tool but my feelings ate hurt to have to buy another so soon. Wobt go back with ghd after this. I was extremely excited to afford this brand after saving 200$ in ulta points and Im extremely let down.
Terrible
This is short and bulky. Hair fets caughtvup and doesnt glide through hair smoothly. It is the worse the straightner i have tried.

One Year of love :/
Jeez, I got this thing because I saw a ton of positive reviews. Bought it in January 2024, and by February 2025, it started flashing red and I couldn't use it anymore. Seems like this is a pretty common issue! It worked great while it lasted, but honestly, for the price, it's not worth it. I had a babyliss for 10 years and never had a single problem with it!
