Little color payoff and runny
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Unfortunately I didn't love this lip liner. I tried it out a few times and had to wipe it off every time or it wore off too quickly. The color itself is nice, but it applies pretty sheer (even on lighter skin tones). It can be built up but I don't think it's really worth it. It was fairly easy to apply, but it was a little oily. Unfortunately, it felt a little heavy and just never really dried down. Because of this, it ended up running and transferring onto anything that touched my lips. It lasted maybe an hour or two before it was gone. It just.. doesn't really work at all. I can't imagine this would work well for anyone.

Revlon instant Blur Liner has excellent pigmentation and fa perfect finish. The packing is weight and small to put in your wallet. Leaves the effect of hydrated lips.
Honestly not great
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I honestly am not huge on this. I usually really like Revlon products, but this "liner" is too malleable. The product itself is shaped too roundly and isn't useful to line. It would be okay as a lip crayon. The pigment is hardly there, and you have to swipe multiple times to get a decent color payoff.
