It's perfect for over lining your lips and the pigment is perfect!! It'll really make your lips look more full! And tbh you'll need makeup remover to remove, it won't come off with just water

Where's the Color?
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I really wanted to like this product but there's just no color payoff on my lips! It applies really smoothly but this photo was taken immediately after application and it looks like I don't even have anything on. I swatched it on my hand and could see the faint hint of color, maybe it's just not a good shade for me? I was also able to immediately rub the swatch off so the lasting power isn't great. No issues with transferring or bleeding since the color is so faint. I would say this is more of a lip crayon than a liner since the applicator is so thick.
