is it good for dry skin or is it mattifying?

I have never had this problem with the other pore minimizer, but after i apploy it, I have to blend it in, or it will literally crumb off my face, and mess up my makeup. Why is it doing that? Are you suppose to put it on and then let it sit for a few minutes? I never had that problem with the other pore minimizer, so it is weird. It like just clumps together and rolls of the face

I was looking forward to sampling this primer because I really liked another Smashbox primer I had tried a while back. This primer is just okay. I feel like it doesn't smooth your skin enough and doesn't make much of a difference. I'll pass on this one because it just didn't work for me the way I would have liked it to.
