Is this safe for keratin treated hair? Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate is listed in the ingredients, does this do damage like sulfates?

While the name might sound similar, sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate is not a sulfate and is not harsh or damaging when used at the proper levels. great formula but causes shedding
this would be my go-to BUT I've tried all 3 shampoos and something makes my hair shed like crazy when I use this brand. I'm so bummed because other than that it seems like the perfect formula for my med. weight, dirty blond hair that can be a mix of waves, curls and straight pieces. my waves come out beautifully balanced with this, but the hair loss is so something I can't get over. too bad I have to look elsewhere.

I've tried a lot of different shampoos and have a hard time finding something just right. My hair is on the thinner side, but I have a lot of it, so it's a fine balance finding something that doesn't leave me hair greasy or dry it out. This shampoo is perfect for that. Actually leaves my hair and scalp feeling clean, but doesn't dry out my ends. I prefer to wash my hair every day and this is gentle enough for daily use. I've repurchased this shampoos for years and I don't plan on switching any time soon!
