Light this candle before bedtime to allow the fragrance to fill the room. Use with its perfect partner, the Perfect Night's Sleep Mist. To get the full Perfect Night's Sleep Candle experience, always light all 3 wicks at the same time & allow the candle to fully pool to ensure the wax burns evenly. Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 Trim the wicks before every use to no shorter than 1cm As you inhale the essential oils, practice mindful breathing techniques... breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.
Contains: Linalool, Linalyl acetate, d-limonene, Eucalyptol.

Great candle formula!
These candles burn evenly and cleanly. This makes them super easy to clean and recycle after use. No soot at all even after burning for multiple hours. The scent is clean and natural and makes your home smell like essential oils. I don't mind candles with some fragrance that don't burn quite as clea...

I burn my Neom candle while taking a nice soak with the Neom milk bath, slather on the body butter and continue to burn the candle as I read before bed. The scent is wonderful— even my husband comments on it and loves it. I definitely recommend this candle as well as the milk bath and the body butter!
