Dry straw like ends
it left my ends in really terrible condition. Its the only product ive used thats new in my routine and my hair feels so damaged i just want to cut it off. It feels really dry to the touch and straw like ive tried using other masks and nothing!! it still feels dried out and damaged. So be careful
Would not buy
This product does absolutely nothing. I saw no difference. I think its pretty much a gimmick. Where's the shine?
It works well when you use heat

It works well, but really only when I straighten or heat curl my hair. Then the shine is nice. I do think it's making my skin break out though.
Made hair dry & dull
I'm super disappointed in this product. It made my hair feel dryer, duller, and almost like straw. I have thick, straight hair and this made it so much worse. Do not recommend.

I purchased this product because I was interested in trying out a gloss but my hair doesnt react well to a lot of heavy silicones. I have waist length wavy hair—fine but high density and low porosity (think 80s Julia Roberts)—so I have a hard time using a lot of smoothing products as they weigh down my hair and often leave it looking greasy. When applying this in the shower for the first time, I was a little hesitant as even when applying generously the product didnt give my hair much slip and it's honestly a little sticky when applied to wrung out hair. Theres a noticeable increase in shine on my wet hair and it's still there once dried. I will say I see more of a marked difference on styled hair than my natural texture, but honestly my favorite thing about it is the improved manageability. My hair develops fairy knots very easily and I also can get pretty intense mats at the nape of my neck. The way this product smooths my cuticle really helps cut down on that and keeps my hair less frizzy between washes. I will say that it does have a fairly strong fragrance that has some staying power—even with my hair pulled back people will comment on how nice it smells for a few days after use. I find it pleasant, a fresh clean smell pretty typical of salon hair products, but if you're sensitive to smells (or work in a fragrance free work place) it may be a bit much.
