great eye cream
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] this is a perfect eye cream! it has a great consistency and i love the cooling applicator and ease of application. the product has a slight scent, but not in a artificial or bad way. my undereyes felt hydrated after use.

It made my skin burn for a couple days after using it, apparently, I am allergic.
Refreshing
The applicator is metal and is super refreshing on the skin and under eyes. Packaging says it all and stays true to it. Absorbs into under eyes nicely. I haven't noticed any changes but my eyes aren't super bad yet it just helps wake me up in the morning my eyes aren't super bad heavy.
No difference
I love Peter Thomas Roth products! I'm sorry but I see no difference on this. I've been using it faithfully and yeah it gives a little bit of moisture but I have very drastic under eye hollows at 48 and it does nothing for them.

Under eyes were not even me hydrated. Will not buy again
