Heaven in a tiny bottle
Ive used peace of mind spot relief for YEARS. Its the only thing thats helped with my chronic migraines and even migraines brought on by teeth pains. I always make sure to tell wveryone about it. Even if it doesn 100% shake the really extra bad crippling migraines it calms it down where i can sleep the rest of it off. I also have super sensitive skin and have never had problems with this on my temples, under my nose, jawline or back of the neck.

I am so happy that they haven't discontinued this product. Fragrance gives me a headache and I believe that the situation is exacerbated because I shallow breathe. Peace of mind causes me to slow up and breathe deeper. I put it on the back of my neck, temples, and sometimes a tiny amount under my nose. Don't get it in your eyes!
