So unless you're injecting PDRN into the deeper layers OR applying with micro needling, PDRN is just going to act as a top layer calmer, which isn't a bad thing. So unless you're injecting PDRN into the deeper layers OR applying with micro needling, PDRN is just going to act as a top layer calmer, which isn't a bad thing. But you're not going to get the real amazing benefits it offers without micro needling. That said, I like this serum. I find it quite hydrating and use it at night as a second to last step to support my barrier and lock in everything that came before it. My skin seems to like it well enough but I am not convinced enough to repurchase when this runs out.
Burned my face - had to be prescribed a steroid
I would give this product a 0 rating. The instructions should really be more clear and not advertise "daily use." I put a pea size amount on my face and suffered a severe chemical burn for which I needed to be prescribed 2 rounds of steroids. Will never buy anything from this brand again.

All I will say is I have not noticed much improvement in my acne overall until I started using this product and the capsule cream every day and every night. I am 100% going to try the other products in their line. That is all.
A holy grail product
This product has done wonders for my skin. It looks so hydrated and plump and my tone has improved as well. I highly recommend it.
