Depending on the thickness of your hair, squeeze a dime to quarter-sized amount of shampoo into your palm. Apply to wet hair, massaging into the scalp to create a rich lather. Rinse clean and repeat if necessary.

I have long frizzy hair with spit ends and some breakage, id say my hairs wavy even withour product and somewhere between normal and thick but i have been experincing hair loss, do you think this product would help me go from that to healthy silky hair with little to no hair loss? if not is there anything you would recommend?

You could also try our Purple Shampoo and Conditioner dedicated to toning that works well on grey hair. It removes unwanted brassiness in the hair while cleansing + conditioning. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This shampoo and conditioner has more advantages than disadvantages and one of them being that it's a thicker shampoo that cleans your hair better than the leading shampoo and moisturizes it without having to use any other product. I let my hair air dry and it was so shiny and soft and frizz free and clean of all sort and buildup from three days of not washing it. I usually need a second shampoo to get sudsy and clean because I wash my hair three times a week but this definitely had my hair completely cleansed the first wash. You only need a very small amount of product too so you don't want to use a lot of product with this as it is super concentrated. Price point is actually more affordable for the quality of this shampoo and conditioner. I have been very happy with the results and my husband even said something about it being a really good shampoo and he has never said that about any shampoo ever. I'm very impressed with the quality and everything about this product except the scent. It's not really scented. I myself enjoy a scented product in my hair and I actually have added some drops of vanilla extract to my bottle and now I'm a bit more satisfied but the unscented part is something I am definitely not a fan of especially with my hair products. I would say this is a very durable and clean brand that likes more natural ingredients than are not tested on animals and don't contain harsh ingredients.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. The scent is light and the bottle is nice. It is a clarifying shampoo and did clean well but it left my hair dryer than usual so it's not really my top choice but it did clean well.
