I have 3a/b curls, have been using "regular" shampoo, and had no idea my hair could feel this way. You have to work it in and it doesn't lather, it feels like conditioner, but once you rinse it out it's a clean like I'd never felt. My hair felt smooth, detangled, and lush. In the summer I might be able to get away with using just this and not conditioner as well.

Holy curls, this stuff works and does an amazing job! Ive always had texture in my hair but hardly wear it natural due to it being frizzy. This stuff smoothed and defined my curls. Will be using a lot in the future!

I use no poo basically once a week. This one is really good. It really cleaned my scalp and added some moisture to it, which is good, especially during the cold weather. It will be part of my routine from now on.

I was somewhat skeptical as to how this could possibly clean my hair without producing any suds. I was sooooo wrong! I will admit that it's a little hard knowing where you haven't scrubbed since there aren't any suds to guide you. Just follow the instructions and you are good. My hair felt and looked so clean! No residue left behind from any hair products.
