This is life changing! It is like nature's xanax lol. I have such a hard time falling asleep, but not with this magic. I received these practically overnight after ordering them (it wasn't overnight, but it was the fastest shipment of anything I've had recently). I began taking them and immediately noticed a difference in my sleep score and writing the score with my Oura ring. My readiness score has been in the 40s to 50s and now I am back up in the 80s and 90s. My problem was waking up at 4 AM and I am no longer doing that and sleeping solidly until at least 6:30 AM. These will be a regular addition to my nightly routine going forward. Also, the packaging is just gorgeous. It looks beautiful sitting on my nightstand. I also did lots of research on all of the ingredients so I know that it is exactly what I needed and quality ingredients.
