At 42, I'm at the point where my forehead wrinkles are becoming a permanent, prominent feature, and I'm desperately trying to avoid the injectable route! I'm looking for a serious solution that can deliver noticeable results without a trip to the dermatologist, which is why I was so excited to incorporate the Perricone MD Neuropeptide Deep Crease Serum into my routine. This serum truly lives up to the "luxurious" label. It has a beautiful, thick consistency and a rich texture that feels incredibly nourishing on the skin. And honestly, the fabulous smell makes applying it a pleasure. For overall skin quality and hydration, it's a winner. My main target area is my forehead. After nearly a month of consistent use, I'm not ready to say it's a miracle worker, but I am optimistic. The deep creases may look a little softer and less harsh, which is exactly the kind of incremental progress I'm hoping for as an alternative to quick fixes. I haven't decided if it does everything it promises, but I believe this anti-aging route is worthwhile. My one major critique relates to the packaging. The serum is very thick, and unfortunately, the dropper mechanism on my bottle has been a total dud. It simply doesn't draw up the product effectively. I'm unsure whether this is a design flaw due to the serum's density or a faulty dropper, but it makes the application process needlessly difficult. Given the high price point, I expect the delivery system to be flawless. Despite the frustrating dropper, I believe the potential softening effect is real enough that I am committing to a second bottle when this one runs out (perfect timing for Ulta's holiday sales!). This serum seems like a good middle-ground to avoid both harsh forehead lines and injectables. If you are looking for a high-end, beautifully scented face serum that delivers long-term, softening results for deep creases, I recommend giving this a try, but be warned about the dropper! I'm excited to see what another month of use delivers.

Love this the smell is light and nice, it's a nice thick serum but doesn't feel sticky on your face. The packaging feels and looks luxurious. The wrinkles seem less just on first application 🥰 Will continue to buy!

I have been on a mission to find the right wrinkle solution for my sensitive skin. I turned 40 this year and definitely notice that my skin has changed. Add to that my super stressful job and my forehead now has noticeable fine lines and some deeper wrinkles that I have struggled to get rid of. I have used other Perricone MD products before and really liked them, so I had high hopes for this serum. The serum comes packaged in a glass dropper bottle. It is unscented and has a silky texture. It is lightweight and blends easily, I needed very little product to cover my face and neck. The serum absorbs completely, is not greasy and worked really well under my makeup- no pilling. Having used this twice a day for almost two weeks now I definitely do notice an improvement in my fine lines and wrinkles. The deeper wrinkles look much softer and my skin has a more youthful appearance overall. I am definitely happy with the results so far!

I got the Neuropeptide Deep Crease Serum by Perricone MD from Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. This is a brand that I've heard praises from but never used, and to be honest, I'm quite excited to do so along with noticing the results Beginning with the softness and silky texture along with the subtle and beautiful scent. This product amongst its many ingredients contains Acyl-Glutathione and a Vitamin F blend.
