I bought it since they no longer have my shade in Soft Matte Complete Foundation. It cost more, bottle is smaller oz, & I used 2-3x more for coverage. It has a sticky feel to it. Disappointed overall

I tried this for the first time and I highly recommend people not to buy this if they are looking for the same consistency as the NARS soft matte. This foundation is super watery and thin.

I tried this since the Soft Matte Foundation was discontinued. This was oily and slid on my face going on and did not provide coverage. Very disappointing after the quality of the Soft Matte Foundation. I am looking for a different brand.

I have been using NARS make-up, concealers, and mascara approximately 2 years now. I have never been disappointed in the items I have purchased, UNTIL this last order. Both bottles of the Natural Matte Longwear Foundation are sitting on my bath counter because there is some type of white liquid that is inside both bottles. I don't know what it is. I refuse to even try to open both bottles to smell or test a small amount on my skin because I don't want ANY type of adverse reaction from either of these bottles of Natural Matte Longwear Foundation. I did shake both bottles several times to see if, by chance the white substance was/is part of the foundation's liquid formula not settling together. Shaking the bottles did no good. The white substance did not/has not moved an inch. It is clearly visible to the eyes. The reason I ordered these particular bottles was because I was down to very little of what I had left of my foundation. So, I borrowed foundation from my sister and ordered one bottle of the Natural Matte Longwear Foundation from another nationally known store. I'm expecting my order from the other store to arrive in a day or two. And IF that bottle is ANY thing like the 2 bottles I ordered from your company, I will not be ordering your Natural Matte Longwear Foundation again. I REALLY am HIGHLY disappointed and sad that those bottles are damaged (for lack of better words) because I have been enjoying wearing your previous Matte Foundation. Thank you for your time reading my complaint.
