Great item; stopped working 6 in less than a year
Absolutely love this flat iron. But for the price, this item was not worth the expense, due to it's short life span. The flat irom was always allowed to cool on the counter after use. It was not used a daily. To store it, I would roll the cord and lay it flat on the floor of the cabinet. Not sure why it didn't last, but since it gave out quickly, I'm not feeling like its a worthy investment.
This is a terrific flat iron!

It died!
Ive own this straightner for about 2 years and maybe use it once a week. Brougt it with to vegas and it died! For the amount of money spent i expect it to last longer! Will search for a better brand..
Defective out of the box
This wasn't working correctly immediately. During my first use it shut off multiple time and made a crackling sound on too of that. Very disappointing considering this is is an expensive straightener.
