This straightener works pretty well. My main complaint is that the plates are flesh at the edges of the tool and I burn myself pretty badly at least once a week with it. If you want/need to get close to the scalp to press out any kinks, you will burn yourself. I feel like I always end up with a scab on my head after my straight hair weeks which cannot be healthy 😭

Best Straightener Ever!
Hands down the best hair straightener ever! Heats up super quick and I only need to do two passes for my hair to be pin straight! It also leaves your hair super soft and shiny. Definitely recommend!

I have used several hair straighteners, but this one from Babyliss convinced me!!! It doesn't damage my hair, I can straighten my hair quickly in two passes, it looks beautiful and it's lightweght.
Already stopped working!
Purchased during Christmas season, and it has already stopped working. I have to unplug it multiple times and then plug it back in to get it to reheat. Based on other reviews, this appears to be a common issue. Save your money and buy another brand.
