I received the Vichy Mineral 89 48H Moisture Matte Sorbet from Vichy in return for my honest review. After using this product for 3 weeks now, I can say I absolutely love it and will recommend to anyone who is looking for a lightweight, melt-in-your-skin moisturizer. When you open the container it has very faint scent, almost undetectable. The texture is gel-like, very soft, and just a little bit goes a long way. Once on the face the texture is light but there is still substance, which absorbs effortlessly and also maintains hydration throughout the day. The formula leaves a comfortable, shine-free, and non-greasy finish. I felt a cooling effect, and for the first couple of uses I also felt a slight tingle on my face, which usually happens when I use products that contain Hyaluronic Acid. My face has gotten so much softer since using this moisturizer. It's recommended to use in the morning and night, but I admit I sometimes skip the evening routine. I do love using it in the morning for the plump effect it gives. Another area I have been using any leftover product after applying on my face and neck, is my elbows. An unusual and almost forgotten area in our bodies, which needs a little extra hydration some times. I can say that in a matter of days they became so soft and hydrated, it's almost unbelievable! After using this moisturizer, it convinced me to purchase other Vichy products, which I have also liked.

This is such an interesting product. It is a gel like feeling but it starts off as shiny on your skin, once it has dried (2-3 minutes after putting it on) it turns matte and it is so beautiful on the skin! works great under foundation and other face makeup.

I like how this is mattifying for my skin. Some days I'll just keep this one with a light liner and a quick lip gloss and I'm ready for the day. Not sure how well it moisturizes as I used other products in junction of this, but I'll keep using until it's empty
