Watery Sunscreen That Doesn't Leave a White Cast
I really enjoyed using this SPF. It's a mineral (physical) sunscreen, so it's important to keep in mind that you need to reapply it every 2 hours when you're outside to maintain proper protection. The texture is very lightweight and runny, almost like a liquid, which makes it effortless to apply a...

Too watery
It's really sheer and watery instead of milky. Feels like I would either need to apply double my regular amount or reapply a lot during the day. Even though it's 50 SPF, the formula is so thin that I don't want to risk it. Only upside is that it leaves no white cast given that it barely covers anyth...

I love this sunscreen. It has a great finish and feel. Lays well with or without makeup. Works great, havent had any sunburn since hsing it. I have sensitive skin ans it doesnt flare my skin up at all
Light Feel
Overall I really like this sunscreen - it has a light yet hydrating feel upon application, soaks well into the skin, and doesn't negatively affect my additional skincare or make-up routine. There is no strong scent or white cast to contend with either. It doesn't run to cause eye irritation which I've often had difficulty with in other face sunscreens. And as someone with sensitive skin, it doesn't appear to increase breakouts for me. As others have mentioned, it leans a bit watery in consistency which is likely what allows it to feel so light and not pill, but I do use 2 pumps to ensure full coverage. Thus far I haven't had any apparent sunburn issues with daily use/typical sun exposure, although I'd ensure reapplication if you intend to sunbathe. My only sadness is that it leans on the more expensive side, although I've gotten over 4 months of regular use from one of the 1.7oz containers thus far.
Love the sunscreen
I've bought 4 of them this summer. This is by far the lightest sunscreen i've ever had. I like how easy to apply it without feeling sticky and thick. It also works vey well with my foundation. While in the same time, I don't know how effective the sunscreen is for sunburn. I don't think it is designed for beach or outdoor activities. I do feel it's more for commuting.
It was okay
I really liked how light it would feel on my face and didnt leave that sticky thick feeling. But it made me face burn whenever I would use it.
Best Facial Sunscreen
I dont love all of Tatcha but I do love Tatcha!! I have sensory issues for things that go on my face. I have tried too many facial sunscreens to count and i was largely resigned to a separate brand for sunscreen after not loving the silk subscreen so much from tatcha. The other brand was still a little sticky though, didnt have as much SPF, and otherwise was a moisterizer with primer too (which i didnt always need, sometimes naked face is best). The milky sunscreen beats the silk sunscreen by MILES! - especially if you have combination skin and dont like rubbing your face too much, or dislike tint. Goes on like a moisturizer, rubs in easily, and actually feels nice once its on. I havent used it enough yet to know if the skincare claims are solid but I will be buying again regardless. If it does work for skincare as well, then this might be my favorite tatcha product 100% and is already honestly a favorite overall. I love dual purpose items (sun as bronzer thats also oil controlling or primer thats also a toner or whatever). If everything goes my way, this is a fantastic dual care item for getting a little skincare in and then also protecting my skin. LOVE THIS PRODUCT.
