This Will Be A Daily Use Product For Sure!

I received this product for free for the purpose of my review. All opinions are my own. So I have only used it twice so far but this blemish protectant is great. It doesn't replace pimple patches entirely, but I have been using it on my inflamed and popped acne for work. My coworker swears she can'...

Mixed Feelings

I have mixed feelings with this product. First let me say it's a genius idea. It's great for people who want to wear makeup and also want to protect a new popped spot but do not want to use a pimple patch. It works really well over just my skincare and spf for a few hours where I'm not really doing ...

I wore it under makeup but I think it's best to wear this with very light to no makeup. it feels like like a peel face mask

Great in theory

Returning this asap. I loved the concept but tried it this morning. Maybe it needed a primer to go on top to smooth it out for under makeup but you could definitely see where I had it placed. I am trying to minimize the makeup products I use, not add more.

It's good, but peels later in the day

I really like this when I first used it because it seemed to protect the blemish and not allow the makeup to make the blemish worse. But by late afternoon early evening, it does start to peel off and it looks like you had a sunburn and it's peeling.

The texture of this product is similar to clear liquid glue and it does dry down with shine. To try to hide it a little bit I just put a little bit of powder on it and it helped reduce shiny-ness. I attempted to wear it underneath makeup and I put a super sticky/tacky primer over it and the primer removed the "patch". Its not a huge deal breaker for me since I typically don't wear makeup all of the time but if you are someone who likes tacky primers you might want to avoid using it. Other than that, I like it. I'll continue using it and I feel like it does what it is supposed to do!

Game-changer for makeup wearers with acne!

I'm thrilled to have received this product to try. If I hadn't, I might have never discovered how much I needed it in my routine. I'll definitely be purchasing this again and again. Hero Cosmetics Mighty Shield is a game-changer for acne and blemish sufferers who wear makeup and/or sunscreen. Applying makeup and sunscreen over breakouts is a sure way to worsen them. I applied this liquid to the blemish, it dried fairly quickly, and was super easy to put my other products over without being able to see it at all!! Not only did my acne get concealed but it was treated as if I were wearing an actual pimple patch. I highly recommend this product! I received a sample of this product for free for the purpose of my review. All opinions are my own.
