Gifted by HUM. I liked using this - the tablets are small and easy to swallow. No taste or aftertaste which is a plus. I feel like it's easier to fall asleep when using these supplements and I wake up deeply rested.

I've been using HUM Mighty Night for about a week, and I do notice I'm sleeping better and waking up more rested. I am very pleased that it does not contain melatonin. As for the skin benefits, it's too early to tell, but I'm curious to see results with longer use. I received this supplement complimentary from HUM Nutrition.

I started taking Hum Mighty Night hoping it would give my skin a boost, but what surprised me the most was how much it improved my sleep. For years I've had trouble getting into a deep and consistent sleep routine. After a couple of weeks with this supplement I noticed I was not only falling asleep faster, but actually staying asleep through the night. I wake up feeling more rested, which carries over into my mood and energy during the day. The extra sleep has really shown on my skin too. My complexion looks brighter and more refreshed. This product is amazing! I don't have any problems falling asleep, but I have trouble going back to sleep if I wake up during the night. Before I began taking this product, I was going on week 3 of waking up around 1-2 am and being stuck awake for around 2 hours. I was exhausted and had tried 2 different sleep supplements and anything else that I thought might help. The first night I took Mighty Night, I slept through the night! And even better, I've slept soundly every night since with this supplement. It is magical. The softgels are small and easy to swallow. I love that it is designed not only for more restful sleep, but it also helps my skin look better with improved cell turnover and anti-aging ingredients.
