Looks nice but color off

I got this product but returned it because the color was brown and I have black eyebrows. I dont hate it, but I can't say it's a great product since the color was off and I couldn't do much to my eyebrows.
Says it's waterproof
I have no brows due to overplucking in the 70's (who knew) and chemo treatments in the early 2000. I MISS the Brow Microfilling Pen. It had better application and lasted for 2 days. After applying the Mighty Fine Brow pen imagine my shock when on a hot day I returned home to find I was missing half a brow on my right side. It's like it melted away.
How do you dispense the color?
I like the brush but I'm not seeing how you can dispense any color. It does not twist and I don't recall any instructions. Please advise!

Missing the old version!
I've been a loyal customer of the angled Brow Microfilling Pen and this new version just doesnt compare. It doesn't dispense the product in a natural way and the non-angled tip just doesn't provide the same easy application. Please bring back the Microfilling pen!
