I have hyperpigmentation on my eyelids. Will this help to conceal it/even out my tone before applying shadow, or would you recommend a concealer as well?

Ulta eyeshadow primer
I'm in my fourties so too much shimmer doesn't help me out. This primer didn't do a good job to prim my lids. Urban Decay's Posion Primer was way better. Formula Changed, No Longer Effective
This product used to be my HG; reasonably priced and compared well to more high-end brands. I recently made a repurchase of this and found out that the formula changed! It is MUCH more watery and does not allow my eye shadow to grip like it used to. By the end of my work day, I have deep creases in my shadow and it's sliding off. It never makes it through my work + school days any more like it used to (16 hour days). I will not be repurchasing this, unfortunately. Please bring back the old formula and I would love to bring this back into my routine!

Have used Ulta Matte Eye Primer for years, it worked great. They evidently replaced that product with this new version. Dramatic difference in performance.....my eye shadow creased and separated badly within a couple of hours with this new product.
Thought Was Face Primer
So clearly I'm not thr brightest crayon in the box! I got this as a GWP and have used it twice as a face primer. I have to report that although it feels heavy my make up looked great and stayed on all-day.
Great primer but not for eczema-prone skin
Works amazingly for keeping eye makeup intact throughout the day but this triggers my eyelid eczema to flare-up. Wish I could use it. I would recommend this to people who have normal/oily skin. I would NOT recommend this for people who have sensitive skin, are eczema-prone, or have other skin conditions.
