I'm in my fourties so too much shimmer doesn't help me out. This primer didn't do a good job to prim my lids. Urban Decay's Posion Primer was way better. I have bought this product again
My eye shadow stays in place all day after using this product no matter the weather
Works well on sensitive eyes
I've tried many different eye primers, but Ulta's seems to be the best for sensitive eyes. I was told my ophthalmologist's medical assistant to use an eye primer when I complained about my eyes burning after I put on eye makeup. It has helped a great deal. The Ulta brand is just the right consistency, whereas other more expensive primers are either too thin or too thick.

Stays on all day, nice matte finish, with or without shadow.

Changed Formula - Do Not Recommend
I used the original product for years and had no issues. Loved the product. I think they changed the formula. The consistency is not the same. The first time using the newly packaged product, my eyelids were burning. Will never use again.
