Caused a rash by my eyes!!
I have sensitive eye areas when it comes to a makeup removing balm, and I was desperate to have something that removes my waterproof makeup. This doesnt really remove all the makeup and it caused a rash by my eyes. Wouldn't use again.
This product is terrible
This balm does not remove my makeup at all, i used it on a full face and even after rubbing for a while and emulsifying and double cleansing there is still makeup residue…how can this be? This product also leaves a film on top of the skin. Not great. Its too oily and the first reason as to why it sucks is because it does not even remove make up well…
Not sensitive skin approved.
I've used survey products for years and have loved everything I have used until this product. I have extremely sensitive skin and up until this product, I have had very good results. However, this was not the case for this particular product. My skin hasn't been this broken out in years. If you have sensitive skin, I would steer clear.

I tried this as a cheaper alternative to Farmacy. It didn't measure up. It's hard to wash off completely; leaves a film.
