Before first use, download the FOREO For You app to unlock and register your device, and activate the warranty. Apply your facial cleanser evenly over damp face and neck. For optimal results, we recommend FOREO LUNA™ Micro-Foam Cleanser, designed to create microbubbles that pair perfectly with LUNA™ devices for a gentle, effective cleanse. Wet LUNA™ 4 play smart, press the universal button to turn on, adjust the intensity, and glide the device in circular motions over your face and neck for up to 1 minute or until your skin is cleansed. When finished, press the universal button to turn off your device (it will also automatically turn off after 1 minute). Rinse your face and neck, and clean the device.

So far, I'm enjoying this. I purchased a Luna 4 Play and this Luna 4 Play "Smart". I like the skin sensors and auto adjustements through the app (the other you have to manually adjust with the buttons on the back). Not sure how but these bristles are even softer compared to the previous version and they really work their way into my pores, the difference is big and very visible, even my face cream absorbs a lot better now and my skin is looking happier and healthier

I was looking for a facial cleansing device and was excited when I saw that Foreo offered a more budget friendly option! But when I looked at other reviews, I saw that many people were disappointed with the device's inability to be charged after so many uses, with some people saying that it was meant to be used a few times and then thrown away after. I felt like that couldn't possibly be true, so I tried to scour the internet for answers on if this device could have its batteries replaced, and sadly I couldn't find my answers anywhere. I figured I would still purchase it and give it a try. I'm so glad I did, because you can definitely replace the batteries! On the bottom of the massager is a sticker that once peeled back, reveals the screws than can be un-done to remove the plate that keeps the batteries protected. Once the screws are removed you do need to prop the lid open, but I simply did this by sticking my fingernail in about 1/2in deep, and then easily popped the lid off. I used it during my morning skin care routine for the first time and I am happy to say that it definitely left my skin feeling softer and smoother! I really like how it can connect to the app for a skin analysis, to give you a personalized wash routine! It's a little soon to tell how it will perform over time but as of now, I am pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone looking for a deeper but still gentle clean!
Cannot charge after it dies
I loved this until it died and found out you cannot charge of replace it's battery. A scam and waste of money.
Stopped Working
Worked great for 2 weeks until it died. Theres no way to recharge this product.
Not better
I always used the MT brush , but those went up in price. I read the reviews for the Luna 4 and i decided to get one. Firstly, you need to download yhe app in order for it to work after charging. Yes , you can charge it . However, even after uding with my cleanser , I wipe my face with a cotton ball and toner and I see dirt . On addition its caused me white heads on my forehead. Were the good reviews sponsored.
