There are serious issues with the spring that allows you to open and close the iron to curl. This long barrel is perfect for my mid length hair and creating the perfect wavy hair I'm looking for. My favorite feature is the locking temp feature. So many other irons, I accidentally increase or decrease the temperature while twisting the iron in my hand. This one locks to prevent that! Love it!
Broke both times!
After purchasing my first one, the clamp got stuck open so I returned it, only to have the new one do the same thing 3 months later. It also pulls your hair at the end of the barrel.
