Squeeze tube until liquid primer appears, then evenly apply to face. Using your fingertips, gently pat and blend primer into skin. Allow 30 seconds for the primer to set before following with your regular makeup routine.

Nice Primer
Received the ELF Poreless Putty Primer + Cica to test for a review, and overall liked it. It didn't make much of a difference for my redness, but it applied easily and felt lightweight on my skin. It left a smooth, matte finish and helped create a nice base for makeup.

The e.l.f. Liquid poreless putty primer + cica is a great primer for makeup, however I did not see a difference in the redness on my face after applying. The description says "instantly" which is not accurate, even after sitting and before applying makeup, I didn't not notice a difference. My face isn't even crazy red, just a few splotches.

I was a huge fan of the solid poreless putty in green and was WAITING for this after the OG got a liquid poreless putty. I love how this feels it smooths out into a very silky texture and melts into the skin. I don't find it's as gripping as I would like but it creates a nice smooth base and my makeup is sitting amazingly on top! I was gifted this product in exchange for an honest review.
Not for dry skin people
I really wanted to love this, but I will be sticking with jellypop primer or wet and wild clingy primer. My face is too dry, and this made my makeup come off in flakes throughout the day.

I was super excited try this E.L.F liquid poreless putty primer + cica! It's super easy to apply. A little goes a long way. This gave me a matte finish which I love. It didn't dry my skin out at all. It is very smoothing. I do recommend to let it sit on your skin for a while since it is green, it helps tone down any redness. It's easy to remove as well. It blends so beautifully. It helps keep my makeup on all day. Definitely recommend! 10/10

I have redness on my face and this did well to cover it up while not looking too green or cakey. It did come off a bit dewey, which I am not a big fan of, but I would use it again :)
