Use the included spatula tucked into the jar's cap to scoop a pea sized amount of primer. The spatula features a small indentation as a guide if needed. Gently work the scoop of product into the skin, using light, short strokes from the center of the face outward. Clean the spatula off before putting it back & twist the lid tightly to seal the jar when finished. This maximizes product freshness.

I really wanted to like this but...It does keep my makeup looking just like it was put on for a long day, unfortunately, that would be cakey and streaky. The same foundation I wear every day over another primer with no problem gripped to this too much and too quickly and couldn't be applied evenly. ...

Not for me.
I did a small test after buying this and did not like the extended cooling effect this product gives. I found it irritating and did not trust that it would be safe for my skin. Returned it the next day. Can't speak to how it functions under foundation.
The holy grail of primers!
This primer does exactly what it promises: smoothes out and blurs. It has a slight cooling sensation which I enjoy, but can see how it would bother others. Makeup is so easy to layer over it - even if it does pill, it's easy to fix and smooth out!

Bought about 2 months ago. The package is cute and the cooling effect is great. But not for my skin type. I have combo skin with large nose pores. It didn't smooth my pores and did not work well with my foundation. Not for me doesn't mean it would work good for someone else with same skin type like mine.
