I fell so hard for "Lulu" I finally found MY type of red lippie and my signature color, unfortunately the formula didn't help much. It cracked in a few hrs and feels very heavy on the lips. I tried the following steps after exfoliation on different days: 1. I applied lip liner + lippie. It didn't l...ast 2. I applied petroleum removed the excess + lipliner+lippie = a huge mess :/ it was all over the lips. 3. I used lip primer + lipliner+lippie = it still cracked, felt heavy, didn't last. I still wear it regardless, I can't find this color anywhere else, I will use a small brush to apply since the applicator is a little too big for me. Average lips over here haha. To re-apply either put some product on your finger tips and tap your lips till you fill in the patches otherwise, the applicator will make it look very cakey or you can re-apply from (clean) start.
