Wet skin with lukewarm water. Pump cleanser into hands and work into lather. Massage into skin in a gentle, circular motion. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry without rubbing. Cleanse morning and/or evening.

Did some research before picking up this item at my local Ulta, only to find out that it makes my face feel really hot when it touches the skin, and even hotter when I run it under water to rinse it off. Love this product. Cleanses without drying. Skin feels clean and soft. I plan to try other products in this same line.
Doesn't really clean?
I am making a serious effort this year for improving my skin. So I needed a cleanser that would clean but not be rough on my face or dry it out. So number 1, this doesn't really clean in my opinion. I wash my face with it but if I use a light colored towel, you can still see makeup etc coming off (I'm not a heavy makeup person so this isnt like 17 layers of whatever I'm asking this cleanser to remove). Second, and I saw a few reviews after I got it that said the same, its a slightly burning feeling on your face when you use it. I don't see any redness and it's not irritated after, it just feels odd/burning type thing.

I absolutely love this product for sensitive skin!
I suffer with rosacea and have had a super hard time finding something that doesn't irritate my skin and cause inflammation in my cheeks and one thing I love about this product is that it's really gentle and hydrating and really helps my skin out I 10 out of 10 would recommend this to anybody that struggles with like rosacea or dryness in their skin!
Super great cleanser for dry acne prone skin
Love this cleanser. I have repurchased for years. It is gentle and soft for dry skin and has never flared up my acne. Great price point for a great product.
