Wet skin with lukewarm water. Pump cleanser into hands and work into lather. Massage into skin in a gentle, circular motion. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry without rubbing. Cleanse morning and/or evening.
Precautions: Avoid direct contact with eyes.

Recommendation: For light makeup: You can use the Toleriane cleanser alone. I used to use a face cleanser that was supposed to be gentle, but I couldn't use it twice a day or even once daily because at some point, my skin would get irritated. I haven't had any issues with using this product daily. My face feels clean after I use it, but not stripped. I like that there's barely a scent, and the creamy/milky consistency is nice. It doesn't really lather which is fine. It took a little time to get used to that.
