Wet skin with lukewarm water. Pump cleanser into hands and work into lather. Massage into skin in a gentle, circular motion. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry without rubbing. Cleanse morning and/or evening.

Makes face burn.
Did some research before picking up this item at my local Ulta, only to find out that it makes my face feel really hot when it touches the skin, and even hotter when I run it under water to rinse it off. I'm not sure which ingredient in the bottle is causing the burning sensation, so I would only re...

Wouldn't recommend
I had heard great things about this product so i wanted to try it for myself. After finishing my bottle i wont be replacing, becuase i think there are gentler cleansers that do a better job for a better price.
Wanted to love it but couldn't
I tried this cleanser after I used my philosophy exfoliation cleanser. I placed some on my pmd, proceeded to cleanse my skin and experienced the worst burninng sensation on my face. It shocked me. I risned my face immediately. I tried it again the next morning and still felt a burning sensation on my face; fortunately not as bad. I rinsed my face again to use my peach and lily hydrating cleanser which helped calm my skin. Definitely returning this product. If i could give it zero stars i would.

Exactly what I needed
This face wash is perfect for me because it's gentle but effective at cleansing my skin. My face truly feels cleansed after I use it. My last face wash was supposed to be gentle, but it still irritated my skin if I washed in the morning and evening with it. This one doesn't do that, so I'm a happy customer.
