I scrambled and found this affordable highly pigmented color I couldn't scrub off my hand after testing it. it lasted 8 hours without reapplication. I did not attempt to use the applicator, it's pretty big and holds a lot of product. I did use a small lip brush and paint it on. We used the dark brick red, the color was beautiful!

I dont know what has changed with this product, but this thing doesnt even last seconds for me. Like i will put on a full lip and it doesnt even set on my lips. I think the maybeline superstay is way better im gonna return it.

I applied the lipstick, wore it through beans, rice, veggies and a ginger ale with no effort to spare my lip color, and fell asleep during a movie. It was still intact after 12 hours of wear, with no checking, flaking, or touch up. I'm amazed. Make sure lips are exfoliated and prepared, like any matte lip, and hydrate afterwards. I ordered a couple of colors to try. I'm partial to the MAC 90's browns and brick, but I'm now allergic. These are the perfect pigments with a formula update.

Ive been on the hunt for a new matte black lipstick since i lost my old one. My go-to was always the Milani liquid lipstick, but they were always hard to find and left my lips feeling dry and flaky. This formula that NYX has is AMAZING! I love this product, the applicator is nice and soft. Im able to get nice clean edges when appling, no need for a lip liner. The feeling is lightweight and comfortable, even the smell is pleasant. To me, it smells like cake batter. Overall im so in love with this lipstick i will be buying more when i run out.
