Total garbage.
No color at all. Useful if you'd like to wipe off make-up while leaving some faint glitter behind, I guess.
Just don't
it doesnt line anythihg. Its watery and doeant stay in place long enough to finish lining . Poor quality - "Wet n Wild" offers better products than this one.

This was somehow too sheer, almost invisible, yet somehow overly glittery at the same time. The one time I forgot to read reviews! Dont buy this. The rest of the reviews aren't exagerating!
It's giving … nothing
Bought both colors on a whim in store and was super disappointed that it was very sheer, barely any glitter, and almost watery, like the other reviews described. I wish i had seen the reviews before buying but thankfully i was able to return them! Dont waste your money lol. Normally love the epic ink liners but these were a fail
awful
i normally love the NYX liners... but this i wouldn't even recommend at clearance piece. it does not show up, and i wouldn't even say it's buildable at all
