It's a mascara that doesn't smudge or weigh down your lashes; I can say it lasts 24 hours—you can even cry and it won't run. It's waterproof, and I recommend it 100%.

LOVE but not fully waterproof
I've been buying this mascara for a couple years now because it almost has it all! Length, volume, va-voom. I adore it. BUT, Tarte, get it together. This isn't waterproof by any measure. Crying (c'mon, it happens), sweating, impromptu swimming—the reasons I pick waterproof for, and this doesn't hold up. It's *almost* a 10/10.
Not the best, this formula makes my eye lids red and swollen
I dont like this, it makes my eye lids sore and red. I have to wear water proof my face gets very oily and mascara will run if i dont wesr something water proof. I used to wear Clinique but they dont make it anymore in the kind I used to wear for years! Back to searching
