Best mascara ever… until it's not
I absolutely LOVE this mascara, but the bottle has a little round piece, that you pull the brush through, that comes off 100% of the time within about 2 weeks of starting to use it. Skeptical of wand, but loved the formula.
I was a wee bit concerned about the wand once I pulled it out and the application was tricky (I have been a faithful L'oreal mascara user since I was 15) but it came on nicely and I didn't get raccoon eyes not once, so it was a win in my book. It held my lashes all day, no raccoon eyes, and made them look thicker.
Would recommend for most
I bought this product to replace my old mascara. I do have longer lashes than some and needed something that would add volume to them. The application process does give you volume + length - if you use it correctly. Applying the inside curve of the brush first will give you length, then applying the outer curve to your lashes will give you volume. It is buildable so no issues there. Something I did notice is that it flaked off a bit and left specs under and around my eye. However, no clumping on my lashes and super smooth formula. Another thing I noticed was the removal process. Other mascaras tend to just come right off when you rub your eye with micellar water, but not this one. It's best if you place your cotton pad (with micellar water) on your lashes and move it in very gentle circles. This was the only way it took off most if not all the mascara. Overall, I'd recommend this product to someone who is okay with the application and removal process.

I ordered this item during Black Friday along with other gifts. When I opened the package, I noticed the box was torn and damaged. When I opened the mascara, I could clearly see that it had been used. Dovnot send used or damaged products. I did not pay for a used item I paid for a new item, and unfortunately, there was no return label included in the package.
Disappointed
I wanted to love this because so many people rave about it but both times I used it my eyelashes fell out. I have never had this happen before. I will be returning it.
not a fan
Maybelline sky high is better than this...in fact, I apply this then another mascara just to get volume and length. This is very medicore. wouldn't recommend nor repurchase.
