Before first use, unscrew the inner protective cap and dispose. To apply, glide stick onto clean, dry body skin, targeting rough, bumpy areas. Use AM or PM, 2-3 times per week.

I tested out the kp stick for a few weeks following the directions. It was surprisingly easy to apply without be greasy, and did not tug at my skin during application. this stick was easy to use and it was one of the few products that kinda felt like it was having an effect on my kp? didn't do enough though, and it also ran out pretty quickly when using it all over my legs and sections of my arms that have kp. it also just feels really sticky and waxy on the skin. if it was more effective, i could overlook these issues more, but it didn't really do much

The holy grail! Ive had KP, especially on my arms, since I can remember. Ive tried soo many things, and nothing has worked. Within a few days of using this my bumps went away and my arms finally feel smooth. I (unfortunately) can now see the scars on my arms from picking at the bumps over the years 😕 but I couldnt be happier to no longer have the little bumps on my arms!!

I have been using this product albeit inconsistently for about two months now and have not noticed any difference the kp on the back of my arms, there is less redness and irritation. Unfortunately I find the smell rather nauseating and have to apply a scented lotion after using this stick.
