Before first use, unscrew the inner protective cap and dispose. To apply, glide stick onto clean, dry body skin, targeting rough, bumpy areas. Use AM or PM, 2-3 times per week.

I tested out the kp stick for a few weeks following the directions. It was surprisingly easy to apply without be greasy, and did not tug at my skin during application. Does a great job getting rid of my KP, but the finish is greasy and sticky. It feels like it sits on my skin all day. Also, I wish this came in a larger size because I use it so much and go through it pretty quickly.
