Just a balm with grains
Had very high hopes! But the balm is so thick and the scrub particles dont do ther job.

I bought this in hopes to help with my dry lips but after the first use my lips were flaky and SUPER dry.

I like that the applicator makes this easy to apply and it is very moisturizing formula. I would barely call this a scrub, it melts very easily that it barely does that job beforehand.
