This does not mean the product cannot be used for only 12 months; shampoos and conditioners can last longer than that. I have been searching for the perfect shampoo and was hoping with a brand like Chi this would be great. It makes my hair fall out A LOT, and my hair feels more dry and is more frizzy than it would be with a cheap shampoo and conditioner.

Finally found the one !
Gives my hair a shine and theres no more frizz !! My hair is so soft too! Finally found my go to shampoo!! Will be buying the conditioner next :)))
