Had my hair straightened and had bought the CHI Keratin shampoo/conditioner previously . Can this be used on my hair once I can wash my hair . I did see the second ingredient is Sodium C14-16 Olefin sulfate... will this ruin the process I just had done ?

Is there any expiry date for the shampoo?? Recently bought a big CHI keratin reconstructing shampoo bottle with no printed expiry date on it.

- Verified Reply - Staff ExpertDue to compliance purposes, there is a lifespan listed on the back of the bottle. It would be located inside a jar-shaped icon. For example: 12M stands for 12 months. This does not mean the product cannot be used for only 12 months; shampoos and conditioners can last longer than that. Don't waste your money
I have been searching for the perfect shampoo and was hoping with a brand like Chi this would be great. It makes my hair fall out A LOT, and my hair feels more dry and is more frizzy than it would be with a cheap shampoo and conditioner.

My hair is long and undyed, this stuff ruined it after 1 week. The breakage is unreal. It left my hair waxy, rough, and sticky when wet. I'm heartbroken, it's going to take at least 2yrs to grow out.

Finally found the one !
Gives my hair a shine and theres no more frizz !! My hair is so soft too! Finally found my go to shampoo!! Will be buying the conditioner next :)))
