Use Keep It Full Plumping Lip Liner to trace the outer edge of your lip line. For a fuller pout, slightly overline the Cupid's Bow and center of the bottom lip. Fill in lips with your favorite Milani lip color.
Pro Tips: For a natural looking lip contour, choose a liner that is 1 to 2 shades deeper than your natural lip color and fill in with your favorite Milani lip color. Wow! A liner that really stays on!
Best Lip liner I have ever used. Stays on through, drinking and eating and occasional kiss! Keeps lipstick from feathering in those pesky lip lines. Try this you wouldn't disappointed.

Poor package
I love this lip liner, but the pencil won't let me advance the product. And the end of it finally broke off. I've used it about 3 times and now it's useless.

Wanted to love it
I even emailed Ulta customer service but alas they never replied. The product was great until it wasn't. Two weeks of light use is unacceptable at any price. Too bad
Can't use it all
I love this lipliners texture and color, however i am unable to advance the pencil to get more product out. The case is plastic so you cannot sharpen it and when i twisted the bottom part, it broke off.

I don't see any difference from a drug store brand in plumping or how long it lasts. It glides on really well though.

It's a very pretty liner. They draw on smooth, no skipping or gaps. Plus, they're affordable! Compared to the more pricier liners. I will be purchasing more of your products.
