Use Keep It Full Plumping Lip Liner to trace the outer edge of your lip line. For a fuller pout, slightly overline the Cupid's Bow and center of the bottom lip. Fill in lips with your favorite Milani lip color.

Pro Tips: For a natural looking lip contour, choose a liner that is 1 to 2 shades deeper than your natural lip color and fill in with your favorite Milani lip color.
