My skin has a tendency to become dehydrated, so it will act as oily skin. I'm assuming if you have oily skin this will work just as great on you. Listen, I am not one to write reviews because I am also not one to be wow'd by a makeup product, BUT THIS ONE DID. It makes any foundation I use over it look great. It blurs my pores, fights any shine that wants to show through, and even smooths out my facial lines. I get smile line creases and creases under my eyes. I accepted creasing as inevitable when it comes to wearing makeup and I always assume w/e new product I try will fail in that aspect. They barely show through with this primer! I almost didn't buy it because of it's price, especially for being an Elf product, but I am so glad I did. WAAYYY better than the NYX glue primer.

It's to thick and sticky for me. I want coverage, but like the smooth feeling when applying.

I never used to use primer and my makeup was cakey, and then I give in and tried a primer, which happened to be the Grip primer by elf, and obviously I've been using ELF since middle school so of course they did not disappoint!

I have tried so many primers, this is one of the ones that works really well and drips on! Easy to apply, and no mess. Would recommend.
