Does this cleanse sunscreen off?

If you have super thick, waterproof sunscreen, sometimes a double cleanse can be a good option to make sure all traces are removed. I feel like this face wash doesn't really get my face clean. It feels like there's a film leftover. And when I use toner on a cotton pad after washing, it appears much dirtier than when i use my other cleansers. 3 stars because it doesn't dry my face out, and it has clean ingredients.
hydration
If you suffer from dry skin this cleanser is the right move. My skin barely even needs a moisturizer after I used it. If you have oily skin it might be too much but for those with dry skin its a dream.
Takes off makeup so easy
If you wear makeup but also have dry skin then this is the best cleanser out there. I love the smell and watching it go from a gel to milk when I add water. So glad I can now get this at ulta.
If you have dry skin - this is it!
I have very dry skin and have been searching for a cleanser that will take off my makeup without stripping my skin. This is my new holy grail! My skin is so frickin' soft after use that I just love it. If you have oily skin, it might be too much for you, but for anyone with dry skin get it!
