Apply a golf ball-sized amount of mousse on wet hair, evenly all over at the root. Apply whatever is left on your hands to the rest of the hair. Go back for more if needed. Blow dry with a round brush or with your head flipped upside down for maximum volume and bounce.

At first I was using too much and it made my hair pretty stiff in parts. But once I figured out the right amount, it's been great. I like to use the soft curling wand that I sleep in and then add this in the morning for fullness, and I love my hair. Smells good too.

I love my new Kristin Ess Instant Lift Volumizing Mousse. The smell of this mousse is amazing. It has a nice light hold but also keeps its shape. It's not flaky or crusty. And it washes out easily. My favorite mousse so far. I definitely recommend trying it.

My hair is long and naturally wavy. I found this mousse to be not sticky or tacky however it only held my curls for a couple of hours. Then it fell flatter than ever. The scent of the product is light, barely noticeable.

I haven't used mousse in a long time because I never liked the feeling of it in my hair when the product dried. I would say this product is better than most in that sense, but it didn't really add any volume more than I get when I use a diffuser. I'm just not a fan of putting products in my hair, I guess.

This mousse is great! I used this on damp hair and blowed dried and styled. My hair had lots of volume but didn't feel weighed down and didn't feel stucky. My hair felt like I didn't have mousse in it but looked twice as full as normal. It's the best mousse I've used!
