All it did was flip my ends no matter how many different ways i tried using this tool. No volume or blow out look.

Ordered this tool and when I tried to use it the first time, it turned on but never heated up. I tried waiting, playing with the buttons, plugging it back in etc., and nothing. So I returned and ordered a new one, assuming I had just received a dud. The next one I received turned on and got hot but then it started to turn on and off and display an error message. I tried multiple outlets it didnt change. Finally, it displayed error message and turned off and wouldnt turn back on at all. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I do not think its a coincidence that I received two broken tools.
Broke After One Use
I bought this product & was super excited for its arrival. After the first use, I was disappointed with how my hair had turned out, but figured it was user error & I became determined to get better. The second time using it, I was finally getting the results I wanted & immediately the brush turned completely off & never turned back on. I used other outlets, I waited hours/days and tried again. Nothing. Completely dead. Probably not a bad product overall, but definitely has a learning curve & not the most reliable for how expensive it is!
