Love this hair dryer!
Purchased about two months ago and I noticed a difference in my hair's shine and texture right away! I've had so many compliments on my hair style also and the only thing I changed was my hair dryer! My hair dries faster and is shinier and softer!

This was an awesome blow dryer. I actually bought for the long hair ladies in my life for Christmas gifts I loved so much. Dries hair quickly and smoothes well. Sadly, it only lasted me 2 years with use ever 4 days. My other dryers always lasted over 10 yr
Still searching for the perfect hair dryer…
I purchased this hair dryer because of the good reviews. I have medium hair length, thin and fine hair. I blow dry about twice per week. Within the first 2 weeks the paint on the handle started flaking off. Immediately I was unimpressed with the quality. One thing I have never considered while choosing a new hair dryer was the short barrell. While using a round brush I like to flip hair sections onto the barrell while re positioning the brush. The barrell is too short for me to be able to do this successfully. Hair gets caught in the other end and gets singed and damaged. I'm giving 3 stars because it does get plenty hot for my fine hair. I end up using the medium heat setting. The cool blast works fine. I like that it's pretty light weight. Initially I liked the price point but learned I'll need to spend more to get what I need.
After 4 years, this dryer is going strong
I bought this baby 4 years ago and I will replace it with this same model when it does give out on me. I'm a retired hairdresser, so I've used high end and bougee hot tools. This dryer is the exact quality for a fraction of the cost of the those. Love that it has several heat and air flow settings. Leaves my hair glossy every time I use it. I also love the curl diffuser that it comes with, I think anyone with shoulder length hair will like it too. Go Conair!

Not Great
I had high hopes for this dryer based on reviews. Unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. I have very fine and relatively thin, shoulder-length hair. This dryer barely gets hot enough to dry my hair, leading me to believe it may be defective. I don't know how it would every dry thick hair. My husband has always used my dryers for his beard. It barely dries his beard as well. Not only does it not get very warm, it also has poor air flow, even on high. The cool shot button does next to nothing. I will be returning today.
