Dispense & Activate: Apply a pea-sized amount of Illusion Luminous Glow Foundation to your fingertips and warm it between your fingers to activate the Advanced Hydra-Smoothing Technology. 3. Apply & Blend: Gently smooth the foundation over your face---cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin---then massage it in with your fingertips for seamless, even coverage. 4. For Natural Coverage: After application, use the Ambient Soft Glow Foundation Brush to buff the foundation into your skin. Blend using circular motions for a medium coverage finish that enhances your natural radiance. 5. For Fuller Coverage: Once applied with fingertips, switch to the Vanish Seamless Finish Foundation Brush to thoroughly buff the product into the skin for a smooth, flawless look. warm the product!!
I've been on the hunt for an everyday makeup that looks natural. SPF is a plus. I saw this foundation in store and found my perfect shade by matching the top of my hand. My hand looked hydrated and flawless, but the price held me back from buying it right then. I waited and purchased this with a coupon and I'm glad I did. At first, I was disappointed with it because like others have said it settled into my pores and lines. But I tried different application methods until I found the sweet spot. The key is to WARM THE PRODUCT first. A little goes a long way and warming the product first helps to blend it flawlessly. For light coverage, take a pea size amount between your fingers and blend it on your skin with your fingers. For medium coverage, squeeze the product on top of your hand and spread it on your hand. Wait a couple seconds as it warms up on your skin, then take your brush of choice and distribute the product from your hand onto the bristles. Stipple the product onto your skin and blend down your neck for a flawless finish. Repeat the hand step if you want more coverage. The foundation looks flawless and natural like I have nothing on, as if I have naturally beautiful skin. There is no flashback even though there is SPF in it. I love it for everyday wear. This foundation is not for a full glam look. The most coverage you are going to get is medium.
Really wanted to love
I love love love my hourglass mascara and really wanted to love the foundation… Does not blend well and sits on top of skin. Shows wrinkles and pores. Have to use beuty blender to make it stick. I normally use a foundation brush, but you could see all the strokes.

Finish is rather thick almost matte like. Didnt experience the luminous glow. Shades are on the darker side. If you plan on buying make sure you go to the store to try tester shades.
Sits on skin doesn't sink in
It glows, it slides, it wipes off easily hours later!
