L'or is a great addition to the j'adore line
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Excellent quality as one would expect from Dior! I love the bottle design, both aesthetically and also the fact that it is a dab and not a spray bottle. The scent of the classic j'adore eu de parfum is not really my style, but I absolutely love the scent of l'or!
From warm elegance to soft freshness
It took me some time to fully review both fragrances as I need to be careful when testing perfumes. I have a daughter with very sensitive skin and eczema, so I'm mindful of wearing strong scents around her and making sure nothing causes irritation. Because of that, I tested both perfumes slowly and over time before sharing my thoughts. J'adore L'Or has a rich, warm, and elegant scent. It feels luxurious and slightly bold in a beautiful way. When I wear it, I feel more put-together and confident. It also has great lasting power on the skin. J'adore Parfum d'Eau is soft, fresh, and airy. It feels clean and effortless, like a "i just showered" scent. It's light, simple, and very easy to wear.
Smells like lotion
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Starting off with the packaging, beautiful. The bottle looks good on my vanity. However, i hate to say that I was not a fan. It smells good.. just not great for the money being spent. If you like powdery perfumes than you will probably like this one. It was too powdery for me. Its also not as intense as I thought it would be.
Smells heavenly!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I actually love this perfume now. I'm not sure why but i always shud away from it. Especially the "L'or" version which is a bit more tropical, smells heavenly. The packaging has always been so luxurious and fun on this perfume and is definitely a pretty statement piece as well. The scent is not overpowering and lasts for most of the day!
