Never the same
I'm on the fence. I am an artliner user from it's introduction. The first 15 years was GREAT...good formula, great colors (besides the perfect tip and lacking colors with other brands). The shimmer colors were just OK but the formula dries almost immediately so it's hard to go over/fill in your l...

Dried out
This product probably only lasted about two swipes before the flimsy tip dried out on the first use. I couldn't even get enough out to do my small wings, which is unfortunate since this product is expensive to be under performing this way. I also got the brown shade which still looked black on the eyes in my honest opinion.

dry and tugs eyelid during application
I love this mascara so decided to give this eyeliner a try. I'm so disappointed. it is dry and the tip tugs on my eyes when I'm applying. Due to a thin formula, the eyeliner doesn't glide on smoothly. the line ends up looking uneven (and I'm a very skilled eyeliner user). never again!!!
I would buy this product again
Fine tip and easy to apply. Stays on all day and doesn't smudge or run! Very easy to remove with makeup remover.
