Step 1. Draw this liquid liner along the upper lash line.
Step 2. Let the liquid liner dry for 20 seconds.
For removal: Press and hold a makeup wipe on your lid for three seconds, then glide the wipe across the eye area. Repeat if needed.

Best one I've ever used
This actually has a flexible tip. Brush like but stays together to form a nice tip. Super clean lines. Very black. You can get very precise with it. Stays on for forever. But easy to take off. I wore mine for 48hrs. Did some exercise, was in the heat and cold, slept. Only one I'm ever getting.

While the application process was really easy, that's the only good thing I can say about this. It's definitely not the mascara that left these masks since I use it all the time, but as you can see, the eyeliner didn't stay in place and didn't dry down. Very disappointed! Also, because it smudged on...

Brush tip eyeliner
This is one of those products that I will choose over a prestige brand. I prefer the brush tip instead of felt because it is easier to angle. The shape is also convenient because it doesn't roll when I set it down. I don't get the bad reviews, they must be doing something wrong.
not the best
it's an alright eyeliner. i'd use it if it were the only thing i had, but there are definitely better options out there. it tends to dry out while using it, and the cap is a bit loose. also, when applying/layering, the brush tends to pick up the product you've already drawn on. it peels super easily and is not waterproof at all. it's nice when you're in a pinch but not my go-to.
never buying again
this is the worst felt tip liquid eyeliner I have ever used in my life and this is like my third time buying it because I love Maybelline but I'm over it so I have a full eyeliner not empty at all just bought and I can only get one eye done because by the time I move on to the other eye it's completely dried out I'll turn it upside down and twist it to try to get a little bit more in the tip but even that barely works and it's so annoying cuz I'll have one eye done perfect and then I move on to the other eye and literally nothing will come out of it and it's FULL
Always go back to this
I've tried a million eyeliners, cheap and expensive, and I always come back to this one. It doesn't dry out for a long time, the application is smooth, it doesn't smudge. It's just the best.
Don't waste your money
I bought it like a month ago I used one time, last saturday and it was dry!!!
