It is our lightest Hairbath, so it wont weigh down your hair. I would also recommend the Hair Renew Scalp Hairbath for your scalp care routine to help with thinning hair. Some stylers I would recommend would be I Create Waves and Hair Love Prep Spray. These two products will give more texture and plump to your hair. Hope this helps! I am African American and have regular porosity, curly, professionally colored hair. My hair looses moisture pretty quick. I currently use your Hydrating Cream Hair Bath, Detox Hair Mask, and the Hydrating Cream Conditioner. I follow all this with I Creat Hold. I love them all! Would the Color Radiance Conditioner be better for my hair? How often should I use the hair mask?

It will give more slip to your hair and add shine from the Pumpkin Seed. You can alternate Conditioners as well. I think it would be a great addition to your routine. The Detox Hair Mask can be used one a month to once a week depending on how much detox your hair needs. If you have hard water, are traveling a lot or have been using a lot of product and need to get rid of product buildup. So, it depends but its gentle enough to use regularly. Hope this helps! I have been using this product line for about 2 years now. After trying many different brands, I've settled on Innersense. It seems to work with my hair. That's why I have now purchased the mega size for the conditioner, shampoo, and leave-in conditioner.

This conditioner is amazing. A big part my washday routine! I have 3c hair, live in the high desert and the climate is very dry. Like most of the Innersense line the key is to emulsify in your hands before it touches your hair! For my medium length hair I need about a quarter sized amount of. Though it is expensive I feel like a bottle lasts forever! I always get the refill when Ulta is having a sale and it would last about a year until my daughter stole it from my shower and now I have to share because she loves it as well (3b curls)

I have 3c curls, fine hair and hard water (I do need to invest in a shower filter). This shampoo keeps my hair soft and moisturized. The key is the technique, I can't emphasize enough how it has to be emulsified in your hands before putting it in your hair. My hair is shoulder length and I have a lot of it and I use about a quarter size. Also, if you use a lot of product on your hair you should have a good clarifying routine as well. I love their True Enlightenment scalp scrub and Detox mask -heaven.

I have medium density hair which this products says it is for fine to medium. I felt like I was having to use a lot to feel a good clean feeling and then I realized this says it's a gentle cleanser. I will finish the bottle but next time I will try something that's not "gentle". I need something to clean out product I put in my hair.

Very curly coarse hair. This product helps my wash my hair without drying it out more. Hair feels soft and clean. I use the whole line of products and love how my hair feels.
